]]>Ha, that prohibition is actually pretty specific. Venues can’t use the term “Super Bowl” to market their events, or sell rooms or packages using it, unless they pay up with the NFL. I actually think businesses would be good using it for general discussion purposes, but it’s easier to train folks like those in social media to just avoid it altogether. For the purposes of journalism (like blogs) it’s open season on the trademarked terms, including the one I’m trademarking, “Concussionbowl.”
