]]>Great points, Mark. While we chose to highlight some positive steps in this piece, the challenges remain many. Aside from parking, there are also issues of morale among staff. Cutting staff means a lower level of customer service. We expect to meet with some execs of the hotel soon, and we’ll pass along your concerns. They do seem to listen to feedback.
