And these “people” you talk to, they schedule COVID tests then dont bother to show up? If hospitals are making up fake COVID positive cases for payment, that is criminal fraud. It would be pretty easy for an enterprising GOP attorney general to prove that by prosecuting a few hospitals. You don’t see that though do you?

Hospitals do not process COVID tests or administer them largely, they lose money treating COVID patients because they have to use a tremendous amount of resources and equipment. Some COVID patients end up staying for weeks and even months. Hospitals make money off of elective surgeries, which are shut down right now for the most part…
