Given the considerably sordid history, I’ve always been amazed people pine for Vegas’ mob-run days.

And yet, considering the three decades we’ve seen of corporate-run Vegas, it’s not entirely surprising.

Back on topic, this restaurant should be amazing. (Hope the health inspectors agree.) What’s the timeline for this?
