The latest 4.0 release of Iatek PortalApp CMS comes blog and feed service enabled. Updates to RSS enabled content sections and pages can be sent to Google Blog API, Tecnorati and Weblogs ping (change notification) servers. Since PortalApp is ASP based, XML-RPC was not used to ping the remote servers. Alternately standard HTTP request are used to send the corresponding parameters (SiteURL, Title, FeedURL, etc..) to the blog services.
